Work Location: Baramati, Pune, Maharashtra

Working Weekdays: 6 days working (All Sundays off only)

Work Time: 9 to 5:30

Your Job Role Summary

In this role you will work towards process & facility planning for existing as well as new projects by ensuring the desired Product Quality, Transformation cost & Safe Operations.

Your key deliverables will be

• Supporting the production capacity / quality enhancement to meet the quality policy.
• Managing the new product introduction by removing the bottlenecks of the process, provision of suitable material handling equipment / jigs / hooks / trolleys / bins etc.
• Preparing process Sheets / control plan / VIR & other QMS related documentation to ensure real time data for further planning and decision making by stakeholders.
• Ensuring cost optimization by focusing on reducing the direct & indirect consumable cost, energy cost, wastages etc.
• Initiating continuous improvement initiatives in material handling to reduce the operator fatigue.
• Displaying safety information in key areas and encouraging safety in process by ensuring adhering to safety precautions.
• Promoting manufacturing excellence initiatives related to product quality, cost, delivery; manufacturing efficiency and operational excellence to exceed customer expectations.
• Sharing information and timely updates with internal and external stakeholders along with necessary support for related activities to ensure timely implementation of different projects..

Essential Qualifcation

Bachelors degree in Automobile OR Mechanical OR Production.

Desired Qualification

Masters Qualification in related field.

Work Experience

Total 5+ years of experience in the industry with relevant hands on experience.

Preferred Industry Experience

Automobile industry.
