Job summary

Piaggio in Baramati, Pune district, seeks a production supervisor/engineer to achieve production targets as per plan, improve productivity, and ensure zero defects while meeting quality and cost expectations.

You will supervise the workforce, manage schedule adherence, maintain safe and clean working conditions, and drive continuous improvement across man, machine and process. Experience in automotive production and ISO/OHSAS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automobile, Mechanical or Production is required.
• Total 5+ years of experience in the industry with relevant hands-on experience.
• Masters qualification in related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule adherence to achieve targets as per plan.
• Ensure safe and clean working conditions, housekeeping and safety.
• Reduce quality defects originating from man, machine and process.
• Engagement with management systems such as TMP, ISO, OHSAS and EMS.
• Supervise and train the workforce according to productivity targets.

Bachelor's degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or Production

Masters Qualification in related field

Job description

Work Location: Baramati, Pune, Maharashtra

Working Weekdays: 6 days working (All Sundays off only)

Work Time: 9 to 5:30

Your Job Role Summary

Achieving Production Targets as per plan, increase productivity, ensure zero defects and meet customer expectations of quality and cost.

Your key deliverables will be

• Schedule adherance - Achieve target as per plan.
• Heath environment - Good working conditions / housekeeping / safety.
• Reduction in Quality defects due to Man, machine & process.
• Involve in management system such as TMP, ISO, OHSAS and EMS etc.
• Supervise the workforce as per estimated time for productivity & ergnomics and train them as per recruitment plan.

Essential Qualifcation

Bachelors degree in Automobile OR Mechanical OR Production.

Desired Qualification

Masters Qualification in related field.

Work Experience

Total 5+ years of experience in the industry with relevant hands on experience.

Preferred Industry Experience

Automobile industry.
