Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj in India seeks a Deputy Manager Packaging Development to lead packaging development, validation, artwork, and shop-floor activities in compliance with cGMP and global regulatory requirements.

The role requires expertise in MAS management, MVTR evaluation and collaboration with QA/regulatory teams to ensure packaging quality across primary, secondary and tertiary levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging development, validation and artwork.
• Knowledge of USFDA, EU, WHO and cGMP guidelines.
• Experience with a range of packaging machines (bottle, blister, pouch, sachet) and secondary packaging.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and validation of primary, secondary & tertiary packaging.
• Review packaging artwork, specifications, MPRs, SOPs and validation documents.
• Handle MAS, vendor evaluation and packaging material qualification.
• Conduct packaging validation, shipping studies and MVTR evaluation.
• Support packaging trials, machine optimization and shop-floor troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA, EU, WHO and cGMP requirements and support regulatory audits.
