HR PROFESSIONAL || TALENT ACQUISITION ENTHUSIAST || EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

• Develop and implement packaging solutions for new and existing products
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure packaging meets product, brand, and regulatory requirements
• In‑depth knowledge in Rigid and flexible’s
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Manage packaging design, testing, and validation processes
• Ensure compliance with packaging regulations, standards, and sustainability goals

Responsibilities

• Material sourcing and supplier management
• Cost optimisation and budget management

Requirements
