Skilled in packaging technology, regulatory compliance, vendor management, stability evaluation, and commercialization support. Adept at driving cost optimization, sustainability initiatives, and packaging performance improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product safety, quality, and market readiness.

• Lead end-to-end packaging development activities for new and existing products.
• Develop innovative, compliant, and cost-effective packaging solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate packaging materials, components, and technologies for functionality and product compatibility.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
• Ensure packaging designs comply with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Manage packaging qualification, validation, stability studies, and transit testing activities.
• Oversee artwork development, labeling coordination, and packaging specification approvals.
