Job summary

Indoco Remedies seeks a packaging coordination professional to support development and changes for marketed pharma products. You will assist in new product introductions, coordinate packaging trials at the plant, and maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, and MPCs.

You will also drive artwork changes per customer or regulatory requirements, resolve shopfloor packaging issues, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while coordinating with QA, Production, Engineering, Regulatory, and

• Support commercial packaging development and changes for marketed pharmaceutical products
• Assist in new product introduction (NPI) and co-ordination of packaging trials at plant level
• Prepare and maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, and MPCs
• Coordinate execution of artwork and labeling changes as per customer or regulatory requirements
• Provide shopfloor support to resolve packaging issues, deviations, and rejections
• Assist in Packaging Material Operational Excellence initiatives such as scrap reduction, efficiency improvement, and cost saving
• Coordinate with QA, Production, Engineering, Regulatory, and Procurement teams
• Support vendor coordination for material trials and issue resolution
