Mantra Care is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of business operations and Profit & Loss (P&L) for one of our key divisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise and a strong background in managing business units, with hands-on experience in drafting and managing legal agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full operations lifecycle for a business division.
• Own and optimize the division’s P&L, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Draft, review, and manage legal agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategic improvements.
• Manage and mentor a team to ensure smooth execution and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations management.
