Responsibilities:

1. Warehousing & Fulfillment Centre Operations

a. Planning: Develop and implement operational plans including SOPs, warehouse layout, and storage planning to ensure efficient space utilization and safety.

b. Team Management: Lead and motivate operations staff, including managers, supervisors, and frontline workers.

c. Process & Productivity Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

d. Resource Allocation: Manage manpower, equipment, and budget effectively.

e. Quality Control: Maintain quality standards for products and services.

f. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and set storage standards.

g. Audits: Conduct regular audits including inventory, process, safety, and compliance.

h. Workflow Automations: Propose and implement automation solutions.

i. Vendor & Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships for timely deliveries.

l. Training & Development: Provide staff training to enhance skills.

1. Engaging with 3PL for Warehousing & Fulfillment

Rate negotiations, SLA & performance monitoring, audits, and reconciliations.

1. Logistics

Shipping orders (B2B & B2C), rate negotiations, SLA monitoring, and reconciliation of weight anomalies and invoicing discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations management or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
