Job summary

Goodfit is seeking an outlet operations manager to oversee daily activities, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service in our Telangana region.

You will lead staff, ensure SOPs, manage inventory and costs, handle cash and reporting, maintain cleanliness and visual standards, and coordinate with support departments to drive growth and local promotions.

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Lead, train, motivate, and develop outlet staff.

• Monitor inventory levels and control wastage.

• Coordinate with support departments for seamless operations.
• Monitor labour costs, food costs, and other operating expenses.
• Implement promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
