Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants in Chennai invites an experienced outbound calling professional to join our sales support team. You will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, understand requirements and propose suitable solutions, and handle queries with professionalism.

You will be expected to meet calling and conversion targets while communicating clearly in English and regional languages, with basic computer skills to record interactions and update CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer support.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Basic computer knowledge.
