Responsibilities

• Handle AR Collections/OTC Collections via voice calls.
• Communicate with international customers over calls.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with accuracy.
• Maintain strong email communication and business etiquette.
• Oversee O2C processes including disputes and reconciliations.

Process: OTC Collections – Voice

• Experience in Accounts Receivable Collections (Voice)
• Hands-on experience communicating with international customers via calls
• Ability to handle Inbound & Outbound calls
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong email writing and business communication etiquette
• End-to-End understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle
• Knowledge of Dispute Management
• Good understanding of Account Reconciliation
• Understanding of Credit Management
• Exposure to Credit Limit Review, Refunds and Order Management
• Ability to assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers as per credit policy
• Ability to perform daily AR activities with speed and accuracy
