Job summary

White Horse Manpower Consultancy in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks a proactive collections specialist to handle AR collections for international clients through voice processes. You will engage with customers to resolve outstanding invoices and negotiate payment terms.

This role covers end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities related to collections, including follow-ups on overdue balances, account reconciliations, and supporting refunds and credit-related requests.
