Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking an Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to manage end-to-end O2C operations. The role covers order management, billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.

The incumbent will coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and clean AR, while supporting month-end close and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Order to Cash (O2C).
• End-to-end O2C process knowledge is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Order Management, Billing, AR, Collections, Cash Application, and Reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end O2C from order receipt to invoicing, collections and cash application.
• Handle sales order processing, order validation, and billing/invoicing activities.
• Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances and AR.
• Perform cash application and bank reconciliations.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and support collections and dispute resolution.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing/payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and other stakeholders to resolve O2C issues.
• Prepare and maintain O2C reports, dashboards and MIS.
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing per company policies and controls.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR and O2C.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) professional with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in managing the complete O2C cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of order management, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and customer account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process from order receipt through invoicing, collections, and cash application.

• Good understanding of accounting principles related to AR and revenue.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
