Job summary

Responsibilities

• Billing: Generate and validate customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Cash Applications: Apply customer payments to open invoices and clear unapplied cash.
• Accounts Receivable Support: Monitor aging, identify overdue accounts and assist in dispute resolution.
• Reporting & Controls: Prepare OTC KPIs and support SOX/internal control requirements.

Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Must Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Responsibilities

Billing

• Generate and validate customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Ensure billing complies with customer contracts, pricing agreements, and company policies.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer invoice disputes.
• Process credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments.
• Perform billing reconciliations and month-end closing activities.

Cash Applications

• Apply customer payments accurately to open invoices.
• Investigate and resolve unidentified, short-paid, or overpaid receipts.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to clear unapplied cash.
• Maintain accurate customer account balances.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation related to customer receipts.

Accounts Receivable Support

• Monitor aging reports and Un-applied Cash
• Identify overdue accounts and assist in dispute resolution.
• Maintain customer master data and payment terms.
• Support bad debt analysis and provision calculations.

Reporting & Controls

• Prepare OTC KPIs and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOX/internal control requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
