Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Bengaluru is seeking a Head of Order to Cash (O2C). The role requires CA qualification with 10+ years post-qualification experience, and budgeted compensation of up to 60 LPA including variable.

The position is based in Bengaluru within an IT setup, SaaS/product environment. You will lead the O2C function, oversee a team, ensure IFRS 15 compliance, revenue recognition, and coordination with business stakeholders on contract structuring.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across the complete O2C cycle.
• Leads a direct team of 4–5+ members.
• Experience in IT/Technology environment, SaaS or product company preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition.
• ERP systems expertise; ERP implementation exposure is a plus.

Hiring: Head – Order to Cash (O2C)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 10+ years post-qualification

Budget: 60 LPA (including variable)

Location: Bengaluru

Industry: Experience in an IT set up, preferably a SaaS based product Company (will be preferred).

Key Requirements:

• Strong, hands‑on experience across the complete O2C cycle
• Experience managing a direct team of 4 – 5+ members
• Experience in an IT / Technology environment, preferably a SaaS / Product-based company
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition
• Strong understanding of ERP systems; exposure to ERP implementation will be an added advantage
• Experience in Order Booking, Billing/Invoicing, Revenue Assurance & Collections
• Strong experience in contract review, revenue recognition and technical accounting memos
• Ability to partner with business teams on contract structuring and deal negotiations
• Experience in Indirect Tax compliance within O2C
• Strong understanding of Working Capital and Balance Sheet management
• Experience in managing monthly, quarterly and annual financial close
• Ability to independently front-end audits and interact with Audit Partners, including exposure to PCAOB standards
• Experience handling local regulatory reporting and financial reporting compliances across geographies
