Job summary

Manning Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle end-to-end Order Management and Order Processing activities. You will process customer orders accurately, coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely fulfillment within SLAs.

Ideal candidates have a university degree, 14 years of relevant experience in order management, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel to drive accurate records and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 14 years of relevant experience in Order Management / Order Processing / Order Fulfilment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced process environment.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.

Responsibilities
