Job summary

Movate Technologies in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India seeks an Order Management professional to validate and process sales orders, credit memos, stock rotations, and service contracts, while coordinating with Sales, Logistics and Production teams. You will maintain CRM updates, generate invoices, track shipments to delivery, and provide proactive customer support.

Strong communication, analytical thinking and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential to keep orders on time and backlog

Qualifications

• Proven experience with processing sales orders and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process sales orders, credit memos, stock rotations, and service contracts.
• Check inventory levels (VMI, OEM & parent) and ATP availability.
• Coordinate drop ship/direct ship requirements.
• Generate invoices and track package movement until delivery.
• Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Update CRM and process orders within defined timelines; coordinate with sales reps to resolve issues.
• Maintain daily order and backlog status reports.

Role & responsibilities

• Validate and process Sales Orders, Credit Memos, Stock Rotation RMAs, Incorrect Shipment RMAs, Credit & Rebills, and Service Contracts
• Check VMI, OEM & Parent inventory and ATP availability
• Coordinate Drop Ship / Direct Ship requirements
• Generate invoices and track package movement until delivery
• Provide support and coordination to customers and internal stakeholders
• Update CRM with order information and process orders within defined timelinesCoordinate with Sales Representatives to clarify and resolve order-related issues
• Maintain daily order & backlog status reports
