Job summary

DSM Firmenich in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage day‑to‑day customer orders with accuracy, timeliness and a strong customer‑experience focus. You will ensure data cleanliness and timely processing within SLAs, and work with internal teams to resolve order issues in SAP.

You will gain exposure to SAP, CRM and other tools, work with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and automation in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
• Prior experience in order booking or order management
• Attentive to detail with high data-entry accuracy
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP; CRM tools a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and data handling

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer order activities, including order entry, cleaning, order removal and release management
• Ensure clean and accurate order data, including PO details, with timely processing within defined SLAs
• Process customer orders in SAP and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Monitor order activities and escalate issues within the SLA
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate effectively to ensure timely issue resolution

You bring:
