Responsibilities

• Manage online orders including packing, shipment booking and alterations.
• Manage inventory inward/outward in the inventory software with final packing, tagging, barcoding and storage.
• Keep Shopify inventory updated.
• Coordinate store replenishments based on sales and requirements.
• Handle store inquiries regarding stock availability and orders.
• Manage order returns and QC coordination for final approval.
• Coordinate with marketing and store partners for dispatch, and maintain store sales reports for timely invoicing.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Order & Inventory Management Executive to manage day-to-day online orders, inventory, store replenishments and coordination with our retail partners. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-time on-site role in Andheri East, Mumbai

• Manage online orders including packing, shipment booking and alterations


• Manage inventory inward/outward in the inventory software – final packing, tagging, barcoding and storage


• Keep Shopify inventory updated


• Coordinate store replenishments based on sales and requirements


• Handle store inquiries regarding stock availability and orders


• Manage order returns and QC coordination for final approval of returned orders


• Coordinate with marketing team, prepare and pack Sourcing pieces for dispatch


• Coordinate with store partners and track their requirements


• Collect and maintain store sales reports and ensuring timely invoicing and collection

Requirements:

• Graduate with 3+ years of experience in fashion, retail, inventory or order management


• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify and inventory software


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Good communication and follow-up skills across other departments


• Ability to multitask and work independently
