Job summary

Dotsolved Systems in India is hiring an Oracle PPM Functional Consultant to join our support-focused team. The role requires 5+ years in Oracle Projects, including Costing and Billing, with strong communication skills for client support and collaboration across stakeholders.

Hybrid work model (onsite 3 days a week) across multiple cities; responsibilities include daily support of Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, troubleshooting, enhancements, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Oracle Projects, specifically in Costing and Billing modules.
• Proven experience in an application support environment, ideally within Oracle PPM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PPM and business processes related to project management.
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, with a primary focus on Costing and Billing modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business users to understand support requests and deliver effective solutions.
• Work & deliver Enhancements
• Monitor business flows and proactively identify potential issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders and deliver excellent client service.

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud : Finance PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Projects, including Costing and Billing modules, to join our team in a support-focused role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Projects and possess excellent communication skills to provide high-quality support to our clients.
