dotSolved is seeking an Oracle PPM Functional Consultant to join our Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore based team in a hybrid role (onsite 3 days a week). The candidate should have 5+ years of experience with Oracle Projects, including Costing and Billing modules, and a strong ability to communicate with clients and deliver effective support.

The role emphasizes functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, with practical knowledge of PPM processes, project costing, and billing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Projects, focusing on Costing and Billing modules.
• Strong background in Oracle Projects and Oracle Cloud PPM processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in an application support environment.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, focusing on Costing and Billing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.
• Collaborate with business users to understand support requests and provide solutions.
• Monitor business flows and identify potential issues proactively.
• Participate in root cause analysis and suggest process improvements.
• Document support activities, resolutions and SOPs.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and deliver high-quality client service.

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Gurgaon/Bangalore - Hybrid (Onsite - 3days a week)

• Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (orequivalent experience).
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiplesupport requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with incidentmanagement, Service Requests, Problem Management and support ticketingsystems.
• Experience with other Oraclemodules is a plus.
