Iitjobs Inc. in Pune invites an experienced Senior Oracle PPM Functional Consultant to lead functional delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM in the construction and EPC sector. The role focuses on translating business needs into Oracle solutions with minimal technical hand-holding.

You will work with project controllers, cost engineers, and managers to design processes, configure CIP, WBS, budgeting workflows, and ensure successful project execution across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total experience with Oracle Applications, 4+ years in Oracle PPM.
• Minimum 3–4 full lifecycle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations.

Responsabilités

• Gather business requirements and propose solutions.
• Lead workshops with construction stakeholders to elicit needs.
• Configure Project Management module: WBS, scheduling, resources.
• Configure CIP tracking and project-to-asset transfers.
• Support budgeting and forecasting aligned to project stages.
• Provide delivery leadership in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM engagements.

Job Details:-

We are seeking a pure-play Oracle PPM Functional Consultant with strong construction/EPC industry domain knowledge to lead solutioning and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM engagements. This is a functional (non-technical) role the ideal candidate is someone who can sit directly with business stakeholders (project controllers, cost engineers, project managers, finance), translate their construction project lifecycle needs into Oracle solutions, and drive design decisions independently with minimal technical/developer hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Business Requirement Gathering & Solutioning
• Lead workshops with construction industry stakeholders (project controls, project accounting, procurement, PMO) to elicit business requirements
• Configure Project Management module: WBS setup, task/schedule integration, resource staffing and utilization for field/site resources
• Configure capital project accounting: CIP (construction-in-progress) tracking, asset capitalization triggers, project-to-asset transfer processes
• Support budgeting/forecasting workflows aligned to construction project stage-gates (bid, award, execution, closeout)
• Construction Industry-Specific Domain Expertise
• Project Management cycle
• Sub Contract Management
• Delivery Leadership

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 8+ years total experience in Oracle Applications, with 4+ years specifically on Oracle PPM (Fusion Cloud PPM; EBS PPM background acceptable if actively working in Cloud)
• Minimum 3–4 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations

Preferred Certifications:-

• Oracle Cloud PPM Certified Implementation Specialist (Project Financial Management / Project Management)
