Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oracle Projects, specifically Costing and Billing modules.
• Proven experience in an application support environment, ideally within Oracle PPM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PPM and business processes related to project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, focusing on Costing and Billing modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business users to understand support requests and deliver effective solutions.
• Work & deliver enhancements.
• Monitor business flows and proactively identify potential issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders and deliver excellent client service.
