Job summary

dotSolved seeks an experienced Oracle PPM Functional Consultant to join its global team. The candidate will focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, especially costing and billing modules, and provide high-quality application support.

A strong background in Oracle Projects and excellent communication skills are essential. The role offers hybrid work arrangements across major Indian cities (Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Gurgaon/Bangalore) with onsite presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oracle Projects, specifically in Costing and Billing modules.
• Proven experience in an application support environment, ideally within Oracle PPM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PPM and business processes related to project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with incident management, Service Requests, Problem Management and support ticketing systems.
• Experience with other Oracle modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, focusing on Costing and Billing modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors promptly.
• Collaborate with business users to understand support requests and deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor business flows and proactively identify potential issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders and deliver excellent client service.
