Job summary

Partner Company in India is seeking an experienced Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and ongoing support across multiple projects. You will gather requirements, design processes, configure modules, and deliver training to users.

The role involves liaising with stakeholders, coordinating onsite and offshore teams, and traveling to client locations as needed. Prior Oracle PPM Cloud hands-on experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least four full-cycle implementations of Oracle PPM Cloud modules with hands-on configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PPM Cloud modules: Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management.
• Experience with integration touchpoints with Financials, Procurement, and Time & Labor.
• Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Projects and Financials is a plus.
• Oracle Cloud certification is an asset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cloud PPM Functional Consultant based in India.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Projects Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions across multiple projects. In this role, you will guide projects through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process design to configuration, testing, and go-live support. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with operational needs. The position offers opportunities to apply your expertise across key Oracle PPM modules while contributing to process improvements and successful digital transformation initiatives. You will also support end-user training, resolve functional issues, and help ensure long-term solution adoption. The ideal candidate is adaptable, client-focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end Oracle PPM Cloud implementations and ongoing support activities across multiple projects, working with both onsite and offshore teams.

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify process gaps, and design effective business process flows.

• Configure Oracle PPM Cloud modules according to business requirements and established Oracle Cloud best practices.

• Prepare functional documentation, including implementation deliverables, test cases, training materials, and project documentation aligned with the Oracle Unified Method (OUM).

• Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live assistance to support adoption, resolve issues, and maintain solution effectiveness.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing business priorities while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate integrations, address functional challenges, and ensure alignment across project activities.

• Travel to client locations when required by project needs.

Requirements:

• At least four full-cycle implementations of Oracle PPM Cloud modules, with substantial hands-on configuration experience.

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle PPM modules, including Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Grants Management.

• Experience with integration touchpoints involving other Oracle Cloud modules, particularly Financials, Procurement, and Time & Labor.

• Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, implementation methodologies, and recommended configuration practices.

• Proven ability to prepare functional documentation, troubleshoot issues, support change management, and deliver effective end-user training.

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Projects and Financials modules is an advantage.

• Oracle Cloud certification is considered an additional asset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to ownership, and the capacity to manage high-priority tasks under pressure.
