Job summary

PwC in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM projects, focusing on costing, billing, and asset integration. You will coordinate end-to-end implementations, manage data migrations with FBDI/ADFDI, and drive UAT, SIT, and CRP sessions with clients.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to manage transition programs and deliver in line with SLAs is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications experience in PPM Costing, Billing and Project Resource Management.
• Completed minimum two end-to-end implementations in Fusion PPM modules, upgrade, lift and shift, and support projects with Fixed Assets integration.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion PPM Functional modules and Fixed Assets with integration with Finance and SCM modules.
• Able to understand business requirements and propose solutions after due diligence.
• Good knowledge of BPM Approval Workflow.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise Structures, Hierarchies, FlexFields, Extensions in Fusion Project Foundations and Subledger Accounting.
• Experience coordinating with Oracle Support for issue resolutions.
• Exposure to Unit Testing and UAT with business users for sign-off.
• Quarterly Release Testing, release notes, and new features.
• Experience in Transition Management.
• Experience in data upload/migration via FBDI / ADFDI and related resolutions.
• Experience in period end close activities.
• Experience in reconciliation of GL and subledger.
• High level knowledge of end-to-end integration of Financial Modules with Projects, Procurement/Order Management and HCM.
• Fair knowledge of other Fusion modules like SCM or PPM is a plus.
• Generate adhoc reports to measure health of applications.
• Focus on reducing recurrence issues in Oracle Fusion.
• Prepare process flows, dataflow diagrams, requirement documents, user training and onboarding documents.
• Deliver and track delivery of issue resolutions to meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with team to close client requests on time and within SLA.
• CRP, UAT and SIT sessions with clients/stakeholders.
• Manage Oracle Fusion PPM Track independently, interact with clients, conduct business requirement meetings and user training.
