The ideal candidate will provide daily support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business users to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Projects, specifically Costing and Billing.
• Proven experience in an application support environment, ideally within Oracle PPM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PPM and related business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, focusing on Costing and Billing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors promptly.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requests and deliver effective solutions.
• Work on enhancements and deliver improvements.
• Monitor business flows and identify potential issues proactively.
• Participate in root cause analysis and suggest process improvements.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and SOPs.

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Gurgaon/Bangalore - Hybrid (Onsite - 3days a week)

Job Description:

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud : Finance PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Projects, including Costing and Billing modules, to join our team in a support-focused role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Projects and possess excellent communication skills to provide high-quality support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, with a primary focus on Costing and Billing modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business users to understand support requests and deliver effective solutions.
• Work & deliver Enhancements
• Monitor business flows and proactively identify potential issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders and deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oracle Projects, specifically in Costing and Billing modules.
Proven experience in an application support environment, ideally within Oracle PPM.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PPM and business processes related to project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
