Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud Architect to lead design, implementation, and optimization within the Oracle CX ecosystem. The role requires deep technical leadership and hands-on delivery across hybrid delivery models.

The ideal candidate will design scalable compensation solutions, oversee REST/SOAP integrations, and guide onsite/offshore teams through complex deployments and pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Oracle ICM Cloud experience with hands-on implementation.
• Experience leading Oracle CX Cloud projects and integration architecture.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud, SQL/PLSQL, and OTBI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle ICM Cloud solutions.
• Configure compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups & incentive models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for scalable solution design.
