Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking an Oracle Fusion ICM Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud solutions in an enterprise environment.

The role requires hands-on configuration, integration with Oracle Cloud applications via REST/SOAP/OIC, and strong stakeholder management. You will mentor teams, drive solution delivery, and stay current with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion ICM Architect with extensive experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud Implementation to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle ICM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ICM, strong solution architecture capabilities, and hands-on experience in configuring and integrating Oracle Cloud applications. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, solution design, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence within Oracle Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and configure compensation plans, incentive models, crediting rules, rollup hierarchies, and commission structures.
• Develop, customize, and optimize Oracle ICM Cloud configurations based on business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle ICM and other Oracle Cloud applications using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to onsite and offshore teams.
• Support end-to-end project delivery including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
• Prepare architecture documents, solution design documents, technical specifications, and training materials.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and recommend adoption of new features and best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and customer presentations.
• Drive innovation by guiding teams in developing future-ready solution artifacts and frameworks.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud Implementation.
• Minimum 9+ years of overall experience, with significant expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Expertise in compensation plan design, credit assignment, transaction processing, rollup hierarchies, and incentive management.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/iPaaS).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution architecture capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead customer discussions, workshops, and pre-sales engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle CX Cloud applications.
• Exposure to Sales Performance Management (SPM) processes and incentive compensation strategies.
• Experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• Oracle Cloud Certifications (preferred).
