What are we looking for?

Must Have:

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) Business Requirements, Analysis, Design, Configuration, Integration and Quality Assurance.
• Candidate must have experience in at least 4 full-fledged implementation of Fusion Incentive Compensation module in Cloud.
• Hands on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
• Hands on experience on Analysis & configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit and classification rules in Fusion Incentive compensation.
• Good experience on the Reporting.
• Candidate must be able to analyze all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
• Candidate must have experience in leading client resources in the capacity of a Subject Matter Expert / Architect.

Good-to-Have:

• Should have a thorough understanding of OFIC project lifecycle.
