Job summary

Theomnihire is seeking an Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant to implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules including ORC, Benefits, Compensation, and OTL. The role offers Hybrid/Remote/Onsite options in Bangalore/Hyderabad, India.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of Oracle HCM experience, strong functional knowledge of core HCM processes, and hands-on implementation capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with ORC, Benefits, Compensation, and OTL in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience in implementation or support projects and gathering business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ORC, Benefits, Compensation, and OTL modules.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional solutions.
• Lead fit-gap analyses, workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Prepare functional specs and support development teams.
• Execute testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Provide ongoing application support and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Benefits, Oracle Compensation, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) . The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, and support end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Benefits, Compensation, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development.
• Execute system testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and project stakeholders.
• Support data migration, reporting, and integration activities as required.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands‑on experience in:
  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Oracle Benefits
  • Oracle Compensation
  • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or support projects.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Core HR, Absence Management, or Talent Management is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Reports, or OTBI is preferred.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
