Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking an experienced HCM Functional Lead Consultant in Hyderabad/Kolkata with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL, and Benefits.

The role focuses on end-to-end implementation and managed services for clients, delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules.
• Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in Compensation, OTL, Benefits & Payroll.
• Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and offer implementation advice to customers on meeting business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.
• Ability to work with technical teams in explaining requirements.
• Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & regression testing.
• Handle tickets independently and lead projects.
• Minimum 4+ end-to-end implementations on the above modules.
• Understanding of Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, and Security.
• Experience in data conversions (HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula, and BI Reporting is an added advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position Title

HCM Functional Lead Consultant -

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Functional Lead Consultant with 8+ years of experience for Compensation or Payroll & Benefits or Payroll & OTL expertise. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands‑on expertise in Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules, coupled with a proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands‑on experience in handling Implementation/Managed Services for clients and delivering work effectively in client‑facing scenarios.

Location: Hyderabad / Kolkata

Notice Period: Immediate - 60 days

Experience: 8 - 15 years
