Job summary

ERPTREE Consulting Services Pvt Ltd in India is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across modules such as OTL, ORC and Learning.

You will gather requirements, configure the system, conduct testing, and provide production support while collaborating with clients to translate business processes into effective HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and time management processes.
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Learning Management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, workflows, approvals, and functional documentation.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, configuration, and implementation activities for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Perform testing and support production environments to ensure successful deployments.
• Partner with clients to translate HR processes into functional configurations and documentation.
