Job summary

Birlasoft Ltd. is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Talent Management and Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The role requires leading functional activities, gathering requirements, and configuring Talent and ORC modules.

You will work with technical teams on integrations and drive go-live readiness. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, strong stakeholder skills, and hands-on implementation experience across Talent and ORC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
• Hands-on work with Oracle Talent Management.
• Hands-on work with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• End-to-end Oracle HCM implementations and go-live support.
• Strong ORC recruiting lifecycle knowledge and configurations.
• Experience with Talent Management processes and configuration.

• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing and production support.
• Strong stakeholder and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for Oracle Cloud HCM – Talent Management and ORC.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Talent Management features: Goal/Performance/Talent Profiles/Review/Succession.
• Configure and support ORC: Requisitions, Job Templates, Candidate Experience, Profiles, Offers, Interview.
• Develop design documents, configuration workbooks and test scenarios.
• Participate in client workshops and provide functional recommendations.
• Support Go-Live and post-production stabilization and data migration.

• Lead functional activities for Oracle Cloud HCM – Talent Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Talent Management
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• At least one end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation
• Strong knowledge of ORC recruiting lifecycle and configurations
• Experience with Talent Management processes and configuration
• Good understanding of Core HR integration with Talent and Recruiting
• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing and production support
• Strong stakeholder and client-management skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to Oracle Redwood HCM
• Knowledge of HDL/HSDL
