Job summary

Hiresquad Resources in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant (OTL) to join our team. The role requires 8-10 years of domain expertise across Hire-to-Retire and hands-on Oracle Time & Labor with Core HR.

You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support for large-scale global HCM implementations. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Oracle HCM domain experience across Hire-to-Retire.
• Minimum 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Core HR.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud processes, configurations, and data flows.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
• Experience in team leadership, mentoring, work allocation, project tracking, and status reporting.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules per business needs.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Mentor junior consultants and track project progress.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
