Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 4-6 years of experience to lead configuration of Oracle HCM e and Labor (OTL) modules and facilitate requirement discussions with business teams.

You will document processes, develop HCM extracts, support integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud and BI Publisher, and ensure deployment readiness for smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud components, especially e and Labor (OTL).
• Strong SQL/PL/SQL skills for technical components.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud for integrations is beneficial.

Essential Skills: Good to have skills include knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud for integrations. Experience with workflow components and migration activities is beneficial. Understanding of best practices in Oracle HCM Cloud is advantageous. Familiarity with risk and issue identification in project settings is also a plus. Client management skills can enhance project delivery.Must have skills include strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud| particularly in configuring e and Labor (OTL).
