Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. You will design, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Security, Payroll, US Payroll, OTL, and Time & Labor.

You will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct design workshops, and translate needs into functional solutions while ensuring payroll compliance and effective HR processes across global

• Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, testing, and support.
• Experience in requirements gathering, workshop delivery, and creating functional specs.
• Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and best practices.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Security, Payroll, US Payroll, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), and Time & Labor. The candidate should have hands-on experience in solution design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, US Payroll, Security, and OTL.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Conduct solution design workshops and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure workflows, approval processes, eligibility profiles, and business rules.
• Support end-to-end implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployments.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data migration activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide business process recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, workforce management, and regulatory requirements.

• Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certification is preferred.
• Experience in global HR and payroll processes is an added advantage.
