Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an Oracle HCM & Payroll Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in HCM and Payroll configuration, payroll flows, reporting tools, and integration. You will perform functional configuration of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules, manage payroll flows, and develop reports using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).

Thorough testing and documentation of configurations are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
