Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an Oracle HCM & Payroll Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in HCM and Payroll configuration. The role requires expertise in payroll flows, reporting tools, and integration, with a focus on accurate configurations and reliable payroll processing.

You will develop and test payroll configurations, build reports with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher, and document processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional configuration of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
• Manage and troubleshoot Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Develop and maintain reports using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging in payroll environments, including parallel payroll support.
