Job summary

Purview Services in Indore seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll consultant to implement and configure functional payroll modules. You will work on Payroll flows, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher to produce reports and support testing.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, excellent documentation, and independent work style to ensure smooth payroll operations and accurate data processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting tools.
• Experience with ADP Global View connector configuration and integration.
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments & parallel payroll support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
