Job summary

Purview Services in India is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll consultant to lead functional configuration and ensure accurate payroll processing across projects.

The role requires at least five years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Payroll flows, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher, plus ADP Global View connectivity.

You will work independently and with cross-functional teams, delivering tested solutions and clear documentation to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reporting tools.
• Experience with ADP Global View connector configuration and integration.
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments, including parallel payroll support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Oracle HCM Payroll in line with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain payroll processes and flows.
• Implement ADP Global View connectors and ensure seamless integration.
• Create tests, perform debugging, and support parallel payroll processing.
• Document configurations and provide clear handover to clients and team.
