Job summary

Purview Services in India is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM and Payroll functional consultant to lead configuration and integration efforts. You will ensure robust payroll solutions and data accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Deep expertise in Oracle Payroll flows, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and ADP Global View connectors is required, along with strong testing, debugging, and documentation skills to support parallel payroll scenarios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting tools.
• Experience with ADP Global View connector configuration and integration.
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments & parallel payroll support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
