Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Payroll functional configuration expert hybrid across PAN India. The role focuses on Oracle HCM modules, payroll flows, and extensive reporting using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.

You will also work with ADP Global View connectors and engage in rigorous testing, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication and thorough documentation skills to support payroll processes and parallel payroll

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reporting tools.
• Experience with ADP Global View connector configuration and integration.
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments, and parallel payroll support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
