Job summary

Black Box in Bengaluru seeks an Oracle Fusion HR specialist to provide functional expertise in Core HR and Talent Management, including Learning Management and Performance Management. The role involves hands-on configuration and designing integrations with partners.

You will enable HR reports, ensure data integrity, and support multi-geo HR processes. A science degree and 4+ years in techno-functional Oracle Fusion are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science is required.
• Minimum of 4 years techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion.
• Expert in LMS and Performance Management modules.
• Experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL is an added value.
• Experience in data setup, handling and multi-geo configurations.
• Experience in setting up reports/Analytics in respective modules.
• Experience in CORE HR module is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in Core HR and Talent Management (LMS and Performance Management) in Oracle Fusion.
• Hands-on configuration and setup of functionalities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather requirements and design integrations.
• Generate reports to meet HR, staff, management, and stakeholder needs.
• Ensure data integrity including audits of data and processes.
• Support ongoing projects and enhancements; align HR system capabilities with business needs.
