Summary:

This position primarily focuses on configuring and managing Core HR, Talent Management (Learning Management and Performance Management) within Oracle Fusion. It reports to the HRIS Operations Manager and collaborates with business partners to resolve system-related queries. The role involves aligning LMS content and HRIS statistics with workflows and reporting requirements.

Essential Functions:

1. Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion's Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, and Performance modules.
2. Hands-on experience in system configuration and functionality setup.
3. Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather requirements and design integrations.
4. Develop reports to meet HR, staff, management, and stakeholder needs.
5. Partner with HR peers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
6. Create and maintain ad hoc reports/queries using appropriate tools.
7. Ensure data integrity through audits of data and processes.
8. Understand regional and global HR processes.
9. Support system configuration for projects and enhancements.
10. Analyze business processes and recommend technology improvements.
11. Maintain current HR system capabilities aligned with business needs.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science.
• Minimum 5 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion.

Experience Requirements:

• Expertise in LMS and Performance Management modules.
• Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL is advantageous.
• Experience in data setup, multi-region configuration.
• Proficiency in report and analytics setup within modules.
• Experience with CORE HR module is a plus.
