Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, develop, and support technical solutions across Fusion HCM modules. You will work closely with functional teams, manage integrations, and ensure smooth data flow across systems.

Based in India with hybrid work options, the role offers exposure to OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extracts, along with BPM workflows and opportunities for growth, certifications, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM tech-functional roles.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting OTBI Reports, BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extracts.
• Experience integrating Fusion HCM with third-party systems and managing data mappings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain OTBI Reports, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts.
• Develop fast formulas for payroll, benefits, and compensation scenarios.
• Configure and customize HCM workflows (BPM).

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with HCM background who will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The role involves working closely with functional teams, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth data flow across systems.

What You'll Do:

• Technical Development
• Design, develop, and maintain OTBI Reports, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts
• Develop Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and compensation scenarios
• Configure and customize HCM workflows (BPM)

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Develop and support integrations using:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Experience in modules as Fusion HCM, Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting and Talent Management
• Handle inbound/outbound interfaces between:
• Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems (Payroll, Banking, etc.)
• Manage data transformation and mapping
