Role Overview (10+years)
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in:

- Oracle Fusion HCM security, reporting and data migration
The candidate must have completed at least three full Oracle Fusion HCM implementation cycles, covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go‑live and post‑production support.
Key Responsibilities
Core Human Resources
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources.
- Design enterprise and workforce structures, including:
- Legal employers
- Business units
- Departments
- Locations
- Jobs, positions and grades
- Workforce structures and employment models
- Configure employee hire, transfer, promotion, assignment change, termination and rehire processes.
- Manage person, employment, assignment and document-record configurations.
- Configure autocomplete rules, approval workflows, notifications and responsive/Redwood pages.
- Support areas of responsibility and employeemanager self‑service processes.
Performance and Goal Management
- Configure performance templates, process flows and review periods.
- Configure eligibility profiles, rating models, competencies and questionnaires.
- Manage employee and manager evaluations, feedback and approval processes.
- Configure performance check‑ins and performance‑document completion processes.
- Configure goal plans, goal‑setting processes, goal alignment and goal approvals.
- Support the integration of employee goals with performance evaluations.
Journeys
- Configure enterprise, contextual and personal journeys.
- Design onboarding, cross‑boarding, transfer and offboarding journeys.
- Configure journey templates, task allocation and task owners.
- Define eligibility criteria, reminders, notifications and due dates.
- Configure embedded content, documents, questionnaires and external links.
- Automate journey allocation based on employee lifecycle events.
- Monitor journey progress and troubleshoot allocation or task‑related issues.
Data Migration and Reporting
- Prepare data‑migration templates and reconciliation reports.
- Perform data loading using:
- HCM Data Loader
- HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader
- Spreadsheet Data Loader
- HCM Extracts
- Support employee, assignment, job, position, grade and historical‑data migration.
- Develop and validate OTBI analyses, dashboards and BI Publisher reports.
- Reconcile converted data with legacy‑system and business‑control totals.
Security and Approvals
- Configure HCM abstract, job and data roles.
- Configure security profiles and areas of responsibility.
- Support role provisioning, data access and user‑security troubleshooting.
- Configure transaction approval rules, workflow notifications and escalation requirements.
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and access controls.
Implementation and Support Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement‑gathering and solution‑design workshops.
- Prepare configuration workbooks, functional design documents and process flows.
- Perform fit‑gap analysis and recommend solutions using Oracle standard functionality.
- Prepare and execute unit testing, SIT, UAT and regression‑testing scenarios.
- Manage defects and coordinate resolution with technical and business teams.
- Support environment migration, production cutover and go‑live activities.
- Provide post‑go‑live hypercare and production support.
- Perform root‑cause analysis for functional and configuration issues.
- Conduct user training and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
- Prepare user guides, operating procedures and support documentation.
- Assess Oracle quarterly updates and validate their impact on existing configurations.
- Support the transition and adoption of Oracle Redwood user‑experience pages.
Mandatory Experience and Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Expertise in Core HR, Performance Management, Goal Management and Journeys.
- Completion of at least three end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation cycles.
- Strong understanding of hire‑to‑retire employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with enterprise structures, workforce structures and employment models.
- Experience configuring HCM security, approvals, workflows and notifications.
- Practical experience with HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Experience supporting data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover and hypercare.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP services and Oracle Integration Cloud integrations is desirable.
- Familiarity with Fast Formula and HCM configuration tools is an advantage.
- Strong documentation, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification.
- Experience with Oracle Redwood HCM pages and configuration.
- Experience in multi‑country or multi‑legal‑employer implementations.
- Experience supporting complex employee structures and approval hierarchies.
- Knowledge of Talent Profiles, Skills and Qualifications will be an advantage.
