Job summary

Mastek Limited in Pune is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM specialist to lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Core HR.

The role involves gathering requirements, configuring Core HR functionalities, testing, data migration, reporting, and providing guidance to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to HR, workforce administration, and absence policies.
• Configure Core HR Management functionalities, including workforce structures, employment models, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion HCM to business stakeholders and project teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and configuration gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities for HR users.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, local regulations, and global HR standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with ORC OR Talent modules; familiarity would be an added advantage.
