Job summary

Mastek Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR consultant in Mumbai. The role involves leading end-to-end implementation and enhancements across HR modules, with focus on Core HR configurations and absence management.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of experience, strong requirements gathering, and extensive work with HR policies, testing, data migration, and reporting. This position is based in Mumbai and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyse, and document HR, workforce administration and absence policy requirements.
• Translate business needs into Core HR configurations and HR policy rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment with HR standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR implementation and enhancements.
• Configure Core HR: workforce structures, employment models, absence plans, accruals, eligibility rules.
• Conduct system, integration, and user acceptance testing for HCM modules.
• Coordinate data migration and reporting activities with technical teams.
• Provide best-practice guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM to business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and close gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Create design documents, configuration workbooks and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer to HR users.
• Ensure solutions comply with local regulations and global HR standards.

Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.

working knowldeg on any other modules like ORC OR Talent would be an added advantage.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to HR, workforce administration, and absence policies.
• Configure Core HR Management functionalities, including workforce structures, employment models, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion HCM to business stakeholders and project teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and configuration gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities for HR users.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, local regulations, and global HR standards.
