Job summary

Careernet in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud across the HR lifecycle.

The role requires 4–8 years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience, strong functional consulting skills, and a track record of implementing, testing, and supporting HR modules in Cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years of relevant Oracle HCM functional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Functional consulting experience in Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR processes and module configurations.
• Experience with implementation, testing, and production support in Oracle HCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR processes to align with business requirements.
• Manage Talent Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud functional activities across the HR lifecycle.
• Gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into Oracle HCM configurations.
